Over the last 12 months, the site has averaged 20,000 users per month. There is an element of seasonality, as might be expected based on when people are searching for fitness related activity.
In terms of page views, the site has averaged 30,000 page views per month. The audience visiting the fitness articles and informational content are highly engaged, with an average session duration across the site of 2 minutes and 11 seconds. We expect this time to increase as we invest in more in-depth articles. We’re already seeing a session time of 4 minutes+ per page on some of our recent content.
All of our traffic from the last 12 months is from organic search, organic social, and referrals. We do not currently engage in any paid activity to drive traffic.
What are the demographics of our audience?
Although we target a UK audience, we’re lucky enough to gain visitors organically from all over the globe. However, approximately 75% of all site visitors are from the United Kingdom.
The visitor split to our site is 37% female and 63% male.
In terms of age ranges, the majority of our site traffic is between the age of 18 and 34:
